As founder and CEO of Prowess Consulting, Aaron Suzuki has guided the company through a remarkable evolution. Under his leadership, Prowess has become a thriving business helping enterprise organizations transform their operations through AI-powered solutions that deliver immediate productivity gains.
With 23 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business, Aaron brings a strategic vision shaped by both technical expertise and entrepreneurial insight. The agentic AI movement that Aaron is driving positions Prowess to empower clients over creating dependency. Rather than traditional software solutions that require more people or technologies, Aaron’s vision is for the Prowess team to train professionals of all skill levels to build AI solutions on their own. Prowess supplements client capabilities with strategic and technical talent for sophisticated implementations that require deeper expertise. This approach reflects Aaron’s understanding of how organizations truly transform: through building sustainable capabilities to continuously gain efficiency.
Aaron was also the founder and CEO of SmartDeploy, an IT management software company that simplified the secure configuration and management of business computing endpoints for thousands of customers worldwide. Building SmartDeploy from concept through successful acquisition by PDQ.com in 2021 taught him invaluable lessons about creating scalable products, understanding customer needs, and solving complex operational problems. Those insights now inform Prowess’s approach to helping organizations adopt agentic AI.
Earlier in his career, Aaron served as Director of Business Development at Entirenet, a Seattle-based technical services firm. Before moving to Seattle, Aaron was President of Inetz Media Group, a web application development company based in Salt Lake City.
Aaron holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an M.S. from the University of Iowa. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Blue Devils Performing Arts, a youth performing arts non-profit. Aaron Suzuki is also an avid cyclist and passionate alpine skier, bringing his love for the outdoors into his leadership style.
