The Road to Agentic AI: What We Built, Why We’re Sharing

You’ve seen this before. A new technology arrives, full of promise—and most teams are left wondering how to actually use it. Agentic AI is no different. So we rolled up our sleeves and did something about it.

A familiar question emerged from our early discussions on agentic AI: “How can we leverage this for real business impact?”

To answer that question, we realized we needed to create a paradigm shift, one that would help us embrace agentic AI and reshape our company into a frontier firm. That led us to create something we never planned to release publicly: a video series designed to help our internal teams build the foundation for agentic AI.

This wasn’t a theoretical exercise. It was grounded in our 18+ years of automation experience and shaped by our early hands-on work using agentic systems in enterprise workflows for clients.

Why We Had to Create This Series

In creating this series, we set out to solve a problem inside our own walls. A problem affecting most every organization.

We saw the potential of agentic AI—systems that don’t just assist but act, learn, and adapt. But unlike many companies, we also saw a gap we could readily address, today. We realized that our internal teams weren’t prepared to work with agentic AI.

Why? There are good reasons for this lag:

  •  The tech is still emerging and is often immature and misunderstood.
  • The education hasn’t caught up to the frontier-firm mindset. (We’ve written about this mindset in our framework for AI-enabled outsourcing, where we explore how agentic systems are reshaping service-delivery models.)
  • Most available training is either too theoretical or too tool-specific.
  • And very little of it is practical or actionable for organizations trying to scale.

So we built our own training—something practical, grounded, and immediately useful.

How We're Building Agentic AI Readiness From Within

We launched an internal brown bag series to upskill our teams on agentic AI. Our goals were clear:

  • Educate and align our people around a shared understanding of agentic AI.
  • Drive consistency in how we talk about and implement it.
  • Increase human capacity, not just internally, but for our clients too.

Why We're Sharing This Knowledge Now

As we began, we realized that the gap we had seen in our company was the same everywhere. We felt we had to share our training. What helped our team advance could help others, too—so we turned it into something any company can use to begin their own journey of transformation.

Preparing People for the Age of Agentic AI

Here’s the thing: agentic AI isn’t just “nice to have.” It’s an accelerant that boosts productivity, unlocks innovation, and scales operations. But only if people are ready to put agents to work.

To apply it effectively, people need:

  • A shared language—so teams across functions can talk about agentic AI in ways that are clear, consistent, and actionable.
  • A baseline understanding—not just of what agentic AI is and how it works, but how it fits into their day-to-day work and long-term goals.
  • Confidence across roles—so everyone, from operations to leadership, feels equipped to make decisions and experiment with agents.

Organizations that invest in education now will be the ones ready to scale later. Those that don’t will be stuck trying to retrofit understanding into systems that have already moved on.

What You'll Get from the Series

Here’s a taste of what the series covers:

  • What agentic AI really means—beyond the buzzwords.
  • How roles will evolve—and why everyone will need to become an “AI manager.”
  • How to spot agentic capabilities in your existing tools and systems.
  • Real use cases that show the difference between traditional automation and agentic workflows.
  • Lessons from our own journey—what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what we’re still figuring out. For example, we learned early on that assigning agents without clear human oversight led to confusion, not acceleration. That insight reshaped how we train our teams.

This is a knowledge transfer, not a product pitch. One we hope will save you time, spark ideas, and help you build smarter, faster, and more confidently. Simply enter your email address below to get access to the series.

Looking Ahead

We believe agentic AI will fundamentally reshape how businesses operate—and how people contribute. The future isn’t about replacing humans. It’s about augmenting them with dynamic systems that can learn and act on their own. The sooner we learn to lead with agents, the sooner we unlock what people are truly capable of.
